Middle School students who demonstrate talent or who are interested in art are invited to join the Art Club. St. Joseph’s School art teacher, Mr. Beaman provides a supportive environment where students are able to pursue advanced study in the areas of drawing, painting, graphics, technical illustration and sculpting. Students display their artwork throughout the school.
The Yearbook Club is made up of Middle School students who volunteer to help create the annual yearbook. Students in the yearbook club take pictures at school and community events and help organize the yearbook pages. Using an online program, students assist in the yearbook design process including cover art, end pages, collages, portrait layouts, clip art, cropping, colors and artwork.
Comprised of 6th - 8th grade elected representatives, the Student Council provides leadership and service to the school, parish and community. Members of the school’s Student Council represent the school at open houses and liturgies. Council members work with an advisor, faculty and school administration to plan student activities such as Spirit Week and Fan Appreciation Week.
